Nersio is a product-driven EdTech company building tools that make learning more accessible, intuitive, and impactful. We're a small team working on our in-house e-learning platform, shipping fast and keeping things lean.

We’re also not just a tech company — we also have a dedicated in-house learning & development team that creates custom educational content, interactive lessons, and videos for our clients. This close collaboration between product and the people creating learning experiences helps us build tools that actually improve learning outcomes.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for Learning Experience Designers / Instructional Designers who are passionate about helping others grow, telling meaningful stories, and developing engaging training materials. If traditional online training through PowerPoint and video calls leaves you uninspired, you’ll likely thrive and enjoy working with our team.

Right candidate should be equipped with following skills / characteristics:

Don’t get discouraged if you don’t have all 10 — but keep in mind, they’re listed in an order of priority that matters to us.

Right candidate should have expertise in working with following tools:

  • MS Office with focus on Microsoft PowerPoint (requirement)
  • Articulate Storyline or similar online course development tools

What will be your responsibilities if you get the job?

  • No.1 priority: Creating learning experiences, often from a blank piece of paper, because we are developing learning solutions, not buying off-the-shelf solutions
  • Working in a team of L&D experts, graphic designers, IT and external partners
  • Presenting to clients and managing projects
  • Work with Nersio’s custom e-learning development platform, with easy onboarding to help you get up to speed quickly

  • Location: Zagreb office (hybrid is possible)

Our selection process is planned to look like this, but dates might change depending on the total number of applicants:

  • Collect all applications (by July 5th)
  • Selection round 1: Approach a selected number of candidates with a creative task (by July 10th)
  • Selection round 2: Interview with candidates who delivered the task within the deadline and at the desired quality (after August 1st)
  • Offer: If all goes well and we choose you, we will present you with an offer. If you accept it, we’ll start working together soon after.
